The cool blues of this Metamorphic Argillite is just like cool jazz, very soothing and intense but in a quiet way.

This stone comes from the Montana Rockies in the shape of squares and rectangles with a rugged bed face. The restraint of the colors in contrast to its’ visual roughness make this stone extremely versatile can be used very elegantly in a Traditional or Contemporary application.
